Research Analyst

Seeking a research analyst responsible for the collection, interpretation and analysis of data related to all aspects of strategic communications, including market assessments, technology trends, stakeholders and audiences and benchmarking topics. Candidates with extensive experience performing analytical services including investigation, assessment and developing customer-ready reports and presentations are encouraged to apply. The candidate must possess knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistics. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in supporting large companies or government organizations in the aerospace, defense, aviation or government technology sectors. At least 7 years of applicable experience and an undergraduate degree in an appropriate area of specialization are required. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, proficiency in oral and written communications, be highly detailed and organized, results-oriented and able to work independently. (Positions are available in the Washington DC area and Huntsville, AL.)

Senior Communications Strategist

Seeking a senior communications strategist with extensive experience in strategic communications planning and public relations management for large organizations. Candidates with a background in policy development and communications planning with an emphasis on marketing communications, change management and communication outreach and execution are strongly encouraged to apply. An ideal candidate would have extensive experience in supporting large companies and government organizations in the defense, aerospace and technology based sectors. Eight years minimum experience with a successful track record of increased responsibility. Experience with senior executives and management at all levels and advanced strategic thinking and planning, strong oral and written communication skills and problem-solving skills are required. An undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing or similar disciplines is strongly preferred. Active security clearances are desired.
