Tooele Army Depot (Tooele), outside Salt Lake City, Utah, maintains conventional ammunition and demilitarization technical expertise as well as full-service munitions operations with more than 60 years of proven performance and worldwide support to America’s Joint Forces. As a strategic partner with Tooele, JANSON was contracted to help establish and refine business development and communication strategies, branded themes and key messages, tactics, message management systems and short- and long-term plans targeted to reach specific stakeholder groups with the right information at the right time.

Additionally, JANSON also delivered communications products ranging from talking points and papers to Web sites and exhibits – all designed to reflect a new positioning strategy to capture business opportunities and develop stronger stakeholder relationships.

The result of the program provided Tooele with customized and targeted business and communication strategies as well as positioning products to reach key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Army’s Joint Munitions Command, the Department of Defense and civil industry.
